You must do to link your website to some high ranking forums and blogs. Search for some high rank (Pr4+) forums and blogs, related to your subject and participate in active discussions. Add your link in signature. When your site will be pointed by 30 Pr4 links, your site rank will be boosted to atleast 3. This will drive much traffic to your website.
